What Juliana Believes...

​Juliana believes that creativity is an important part of finding fulfillment and making connections.  In her early years as a comedy improvisation performer and television reporter for the Houston Astros, Juliana learned life-changing tools and techniques for cultivating authenticity, building relationships and living a meaningful life. Juliana enjoys bringing joy and happiness to audiences everywhere using the tools and tenets of improv. She still practices and performs improv regularly and lives her life with a  "yes, and..." mentality.  

About Juliana​


Juliana is a Certified Leadership and Executive Coach and Speaker. She is also a recovering attorney. She brings over 20 years of experience in law, the corporate world and television reporting to her coaching, workshops and speaking events.  


Juliana uses her experience in the professional world, plus her years as a Comedy Improvisation Performer to create dynamic and energetic presentations that are fun and informative and life changing for her audience.  

In the Corporate arena, Juliana helps C-Suite executives and emerging leaders to develop executive presence and communicate effectively to engage their organization.  She works with leaders, speakers and non-speakers to deliver a compelling message that engages and connects with the audience.  

Juliana has a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.  She earned her law degree from St. Mary's Law School and is a credential Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Certified Leadership and Executive Coach (CLEC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  Juliana resides with her family in Houston, Texas.
